The DR26-01A is a custom-designed dual 90-degree DIN rail adapter intended for use in low-volume and specialized control and instrumentation applications where efficient space utilization, clean layout, and repeatable installation are desired.
Designed with straightforward installation in mind, the DR26-01A mounts to a single standard DIN rail and provides two additional DIN rail mounting surfaces oriented 90 degrees from one another, allowing compact and organized component placement in test setups, prototype systems, and custom equipment. The adapter is produced using fused filament manufacturing and supplied as a mechanical mounting component only, allowing flexibility for customer-specific component selection, wiring, and configuration requirements.
The DR26-01A is available in PLA or PETG material options. The PLA version is intended for temporary setups, bench testing, and prototype environments with controlled ambient conditions. The PETG version provides improved temperature resistance and long-term durability and is intended for permanent installations within industrial enclosures, subject to reasonable thermal and mechanical limitations.
For the PLA version, recommended ambient operating temperature is ≤40 °C, with use limited to indoor, non-vibratory environments.
For the PETG version, recommended ambient operating temperature is ≤60 °C, suitable for enclosed industrial panels with moderate heat generation and no direct exposure to heat sources.
The product is intended for use in dry, non-hazardous locations and is not designed for outdoor exposure, direct sunlight, high humidity, or chemically aggressive environments.
