The DR26-01B is a revised and compact evolution of the DR26-01A, developed to improve space efficiency and packaging density in low-volume and specialized control and instrumentation applications.
Building on the original design, the DR26-02A mounts to a single standard DIN rail and provides two additional DIN rail mounting surfaces oriented 90 degrees from one another, while reducing overall footprint and improving layout efficiency. This enables cleaner, more organized component placement in test setups, prototype systems, and custom-built equipment where enclosure space is at a premium. The adapter is manufactured using fused filament fabrication (FFF) and is supplied as a mechanical mounting component only, allowing full flexibility for customer-specific component selection, wiring, and system configuration.
The DR26-01B is available in PLA or PETG material options. The PLA version is intended for temporary setups, bench testing, and prototype environments with controlled ambient conditions. The PETG version provides improved temperature resistance and long-term durability and is intended for permanent installations within industrial enclosures, subject to reasonable thermal and mechanical limitations.
For the PLA version, recommended ambient operating temperature is ≤40 °C, with use limited to indoor, non-vibratory environments.
For the PETG version, recommended ambient operating temperature is ≤60 °C, suitable for enclosed industrial panels with moderate heat generation and no direct exposure to heat sources.
The product is intended for use in dry, non-hazardous locations and is not designed for outdoor exposure, direct sunlight, high humidity, or chemically aggressive environments.
